Shuttle Info
​
The Quad Cities Running Festival will provide shuttle service to both the 5K and Half Marathon starting points on race morning for an extra fee of $10 per person (racing bib required). The shuttle pickup location will be outside of The Rust Belt. We highly recommend that you sign up for the shuttle service in advance as space is limited and we will cap the shuttles at 215 runners for each race. Please note that dogs and strollers are not allowed on the shuttle and there will be no race day shuttle passes available.

• Half Marathon shuttle will leave from the Rust Belt at 5:45 am and will arrive at the starting line at 6:10 in Port Byron
​
• 5K shuttle will leave from the Rust Belt at 6:45 am and will arrive at the starting line by Empire Park at 7:00 am.

Packet Pickup
Main Packet Pickup Details
• Date/Time: Saturday, May 25th, 3-7 pm
• Location: Midwest Ale Works (Patio)
• Bus Shuttle Passes Available: If you haven't found a ride to the respective starting lines or have not yet purchased a shuttle pass – they will be available for purchase at packet pickup (while supplies last) for $10.
• Volunteer Check-In: Volunteers will also be encouraged to check in during Saturday's packet pickup. Receive your t-shirt, signs, and vest for race day. Plus, get briefed on your role during this time.

• Taco Specials from Jennie's Boxcar
• Craft Brews from Midwest Ale Works
• Park behind the Rust Belt

Race Day Schedule

• Half starting line is by the big bicycle statue between Cherry and Linn St.
• Half Marathon begins at 7:00 am (restrooms & water available at starting line)
• FYI there will be no "Bag Drop" service
• Half Marathon Awards begin at 9:30 am
5K (Startling Line Location Click HERE)
• 5K shuttle will leave from the Rust Belt at 6:45 am and will arrive at the starting line by Empire Park at 7:00 am

• 5k starting line is at the Hampton Heritage Center
• 5K begins at 7:30 am (restrooms & water available at starting line)
• FYI there will be no "Bag Drop" service
• 5K Awards begin at 8:30 am
Kids 1/2 Mile Run (Rust Belt)
• Kids 1/2 Mile Run will start at the Rust Belt at 10 am.)
Transportation
• Packet Pickup & Race Day parking is located in the back lot behind the Rust Belt – marked in RED (not in front of Midwest Ale Works & Jennie's Boxcar).
• For those who signed up for a shuttle, they will leave the Rust Belt and take you to the starting line race morning.

• Half Marathon shuttle will leave from the Rust Belt at 5:45 am and will arrive at the starting line at 6:10 in Port Byron

• 5K shuttle will leave from the Rust Belt at 6:45 am and will arrive at the starting line by Empire Park at 7:00 am.
• There is limited parking at the 5K starting line at Empire Park marked in RED. The drop-off location is marked in yellow.
• Half Marathon starting line parking is available in Port Byron behind Gibson-Bode Funeral (202 N Main Street). The entrance for parking lots is off Walnut Street. Drop off areas are marked in yellow on the map.
Afterparty
Post-Race Celebration

• Complimentary pancakes, sausage, coffee, beer will be available to race participants (show your bib)
